CRPP Comprehensive genomic pathogen detection

The CRPP Comprehensive Genomic Pathogen Detection is a clinical research project funded by the University of Zurich. The aim of this CRPP is to probe Comprehensive Genomic Pathogen Detection, called CGPD, as a new paradigm in infectious disease diagnostics. It is jointly headed by the Institute of Medical Virology (Dr. Michael Huber, Prof. Dr. Alexandra Trkola) and the Department of Infectious Diseases and Hospital Epidemiology of the University Hospital Zurich (Prof. Dr. Nicolas Müller).
